Casual Day 2018

Casual Day was celebrated on Friday 7 September 2018 with the theme: BE AN EVERYDAY HERO!

Each year on the first Friday of September, South Africans are encouraged to go to work or school dressed differently – either dress up or dress down – and to wear the official Casual Day sticker to show their support for persons with disabilities. A number of library staff members participated in the fun and supported this worthy initiative.

The best dressed Casual Day heroes were definitely the Learning Centre and Circulation staff members – well done colleagues!
