#TuksCricket: Assupol TuksCricket Say Farewell to Coach Aldin Smith

Posted on September 01, 2016

TuksCricket Academy Coordinator, Aldin Smith, will be leaving Assupol TuksCricket at the end of August 2016. After being involved at Tuks for the last five years, Aldin has accepted a position as Head Coach of Nelson Cricket in New Zealand starting in September this year. Even though this is a major loss for TuksCricket, it is an incredible opportunity for Aldin to take his coaching career to the next level.

During his time at Tuks, Aldin was involved in the Junior and Senior Academies, the TuksCricket Club teams and for the most of his time at TuksCricket, Aldin was an integral part of the Elite Squad as both assistant coach and head coach for Tuks 1 and Tuks 2 in numerous competitions.

TuksCricket would like to take this opportunity to thank Aldin for his contribution to Assupol TuksCricket and the TuksCricket Academy over the last couple of years and the club wishes him and his family all the best as they start this new chapter in their lives.
