On Sunday night the teams had an opening ceremony and each team was called out on stage and team photo was taken afterwards.  Each team played one match each day of the week, four 50 over games and one T20 match. The teams who attended the week were: Merensky, Penryn High, Garsfontein, Waterkloof, Heidelberg, Montana, Randburg and Pretoria Noord.

During the week there was a braai for all the teams and officials along with a closing ceremony which the boys attended and thoroughly enjoyed.  Aniket Gupta was awarded junior batsmen of the week as well as player of the week thanks to his magnificent batting and bowling.  TuksCricket Junior Academy won 4 out of 5 games showing that the hard work which has been put in really pays off.  TuksCricket junior academy has already been invited for next year’s Merensky cricket week which is also a positive outcome.
