Registrations are payable online only. There will be no on-site registrations.
Registrations are refundable until 31 August 2024 upon cancellation. From 1 September 2024 registrations will not be refundable.

Deadline for abstract submission for HYBRID: 23 August 2024 [23.08.2024]
Notification of acceptance: By 16 September 2024 [16.09.2024]
Symposium dates: 24 - 25 October 2024 [24.10.2024 - 25.10.2024]
Final date for Early bird registration: 30 June 2024 [30.06.2024]
Steps for making registration payments:
1. Sign up on the VignA Symposium South Africa webpage (top right)
2. Log in
3. Click on “FEES AND REGISTRATION” (See orange bar)
4. Scroll down
5. Click MAKE PAYMENT (see red button at the bottom)
6. Indicate your participant type (Student/Delegate)
7. Choose your option for registration (Early bird/Full registration/Student)
8. Click proceed
9. A new page “Online Credit Card Payment” will open
10. On the Payment screen, tick the box at “I accept the following Terms and Conditions”
11. Click *Proceed
12. Enter your credit card details. This is a secure page.
13. Click Pay Now
14. Have your mobile phone ready
15. You should receive a confirmation text from your bank to approve the transaction
16. When the registration is completed, you can check the status of your registration at “My Dashboard”. You will also receive a confirmation email with your registration.
