Submission Guidelines:
Abstracts should be between 300 and 450 words in length.
Abstracts for in-person presentation have closed, but abstracts to present in HYBRID format are open until 23 August 2024. Submit your abstract by signing up on the Symposium webpage. Find 'My Abstracts' and click on 'Upload an abstract' or 'Submit another abstract' at the bottom of the page. Complete the Abstract template - include a title, author(s) name(s), institution(s), and also your full abstract. Select the stream 'Hybrid abstracts (all themes)' and submit your abstract. You can check the status of your abstract online.
Important Dates:
Deadline for abstract submission in hybrid format: 23 August 2024 [23.08.2024]
Notification of acceptance: By 16 September 2024 [16.09.2024]
Symposium dates: 24 - 25 October 2024 [24.10.2024 - 25.10.2024]
