Terms and Conditions
- There is no conference fee payable but registration is required to participate.
- Participants are responsible for their own internet connection to the virtual conference platform.
Cancellation and refund policy
- The cancellation deadline is 20 August 2020 and no exceptions will be made.
- Requests for refunds must be made via e-mail addressed to [email protected].
- All requests for refunds must be made before 31 August 2020.
- All refunds will be processed after the event.
- Name changes of registrants will not be accepted unless the substitute is from the same institution and prior arrangements are made with the UPICLC committee.
