New SAMSA2023 Poster Download

The Department of Statistics and the Department of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics at the University of Pretoria, will co-host the annual Southern Africa Mathematical Sciences Association (SAMSA) conference from the 21st to 24th of November 2023, at the Future Africa Campus. Pretoria can be viewed as a central location for this annual activity as it can easily be accessed from across the African continent. The objectives of SAMSA include fostering the research and the teaching of Mathematical Sciences in Southern African Countries and beyond. This conference will, among other things, present an avenue for new and established researchers to learn, network and present provoking new ideas and problem-solving techniques.

• March 1, 2023: Abstract submission opens  (closed)
• August 15, 2023: Registration opens  (closed)
• October 31, 2023: Deadline for submission of abstracts (closed)
• October 31, 2023: Early bird payment of registration fees (closed)
• November 21 – 24, 2023: Welcome to the SAMSA2023!
