Dr Tafadzwa Mushonga was invited to lecture on Political Ecology in Action at the Living Landscapes in Action short course on “Integrating social justice into biodiversity”. This short course took place in Cape Town from from 5 to 9 June. Dr Mushonga has published on the political ecology of conservation, and engaes with social justice issues in and around nature reserves. She is also part of the Living Landscapes in Action Impact Network. This is a network of researchers working on changing the conservation narrative in Southern Africa. She also leads the Centre for the Advancement of Scholarship's Environmental Humanities Programme. |
