Development of SA's National Policy on IP again under the spotlight

Louis Harms, former Deputy Judge President of the Supreme Court of Appeal, and Extraordinary Professor and Adams & Adams Chair of the Centre for Intellectual Property Law in the Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria concluded last year that the proposals contained in the Draft National Policy on Intellectual Property, 2013 were so vague and flawed that conducive feedback was not possible.
