Conference on Social Responsibility of IP Rights Holders

The Centre for Intellectual Property Law in the Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria, invites you to a Conference on Social Responsibility of IP Rights Holders. The aim with the conference is to address topics such as access to knowledge and information, access to medicine, food security and offensive trademarks. Further, to engage intellectual property rights with the human rights perspective and bring some new insights to the various debates. Some of the world’s leading scholars on intellectual property law have already confirmed their participation in the conference. The provisional programme is attached.
