For the 2013-2015 period, CeTEIS will look at Cloud Security, Cloud Communication and Future Internet. Combined, we call it FutureCloud. Potential projects include:

- Reuse of copper access networks close to the customer (Gigabit DSL technology)
- Strategies for capped bandwidth limitations
- Carrier grade QoS for cloud applications
- LTE for cloud applications (Mobile Cloud)
- Real-time encryption
- Software Defined Networking (Iaas)
- VoLTE
- Powerline Communication and PowerCloud
