Courtney Read scored Gold in the Women’s U20 78kg event while Geronay Whitebooi took a bronze in the 48kg category.
South African judo players had scooped fourteen medals, of which eight gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze medals at the Under-20 Youth Games in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.
