Do you think that discrimination is prevalent in NAS and/or the University? If so, what do you think can be done to eradicate it?
From my limited experience at the Department, I do not have a perception that discrimination is prevalent in NAS, at least at the postdoctoral and academic level.

Do the University and society do enough to prevent GBV? What ideas do you have to put a stop to GBV?
While the University has made big strides in combating GBV through education and engagement with students, it is clear (from the national GBV stats) that this engagement is being lost in translation. In my opinion, education both inside and outside of the University space is crucial for eradicating GBV, and the University needs to play an important role in this process: either by creating more safe and supportive spaces for students who suffer from GBV, and engaging in a wider public education by promoting its female academics.

What is your pledge to help to make NAS a better place for all of us? 
I pledge to help NAS by respecting everyone, regardless of sex, sexual orientation, and identity. I also pledge to make my working environment as fair as possible to all my co-workers and students.
