Due to the late rains and favorable temperatures this year we are having an unparalleled Aloe flowering season.

Jason Sampson, the Curator of the Manie van der Schijff Botanical Gardens,will be hosting a number of Aloe themed walks this year.

These will be held at the Sunbird Lane on Hillcrest Campus, with the overlap between early- mid- and late- winter flowering species, hybrids and cultivars there will be three walks over lunch time (12:30 - 13:30 roughly) in June/July/August.

Dates for the walks as follows: 
Wednesday the 13th of June.
Wednesday  the 11th of July.
Wednesday the 1st of August.

Please distribute these dates to anyone within the University you may think would be interested in attending.
