Nombuso Zondo is a lecturer in the discipline of Statistics at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She has a passion for teaching statistics and its application in life matters. She is involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the statistics and data science streams. Her research interests have been in applied statistics with the aim to cover a range of multidisciplinary applications. Some of the projects she has been involved in include working with data from the education sector; the financial sector customer transactional data; car tracking devices; clothing apparel and water dam levels. She is eager to be exposed to academic networks locally and globally with the hopes of possible collaborations.
