I am currently a researcher and lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. I hold a PhD in applied mathematics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

My research interests include the development and modification of computational and numerical methods for solving fluid flow problems, the modelling and analysis of epidemiological models, and optimisation methods. I have published several journal articles and conference proceedings in reputable journals and international conferences.

I have taught several mathematics courses for four years at both undergraduate and honours level. I am also involved in the supervision and co-supervision of postgraduate students.

Outside of work, my hobbies include football, basketball, hiking, and going to the gym as these are essential for mental wellbeing and stability.
