16th World Congress of Music Therapy

On behalf of the World Federation of Music Therapy and the local  congress  organizing committee, we deeply regret to inform you of the decision to  cancel the 16th World Congress of Music Therapy as an in-person event.

The increasingly unpredictable nature of  the Covid-19 pandemic with its impact on international travel and public events, has forced us to take this most difficult decision as a preventative measure for the health and safety of all concerned.

Details will follow with regard to a substitute on-line congress event, planned to feature key aspects of the congress programme. This will be presented during the scheduled period 07-11 July, 2020.

We request your understanding as we deal with the many logistics associated with cancelling such an event. Information concerning reimbursements will be communicated in due course.

We are committed to creatively finding a way to present an on-line format of the congress as efficiently and meaningfully  as possible. Further information to follow.
