As part of our commitment to enhancing the employee experience, we have partnered with the Department of Institutional Advancement to extend this offer to our esteemed UP community. The UP Online Mall contains a variety of top service providers to bring you unbeatable deals, right at your fingertips.

In addition to enjoying great deals, you’ll also be supporting a worthy cause. All proceeds from the mall will go towards the student support fund, which helps academically deserving students from the “missing middle” group, providing much-needed financial assistance.

To start shopping and exploring the amazing deals available, simply log into the portal using your employee credentials and follow these instructions:

• Click on the PeopleSoft HCM and Self-Service tile;
• Scroll down to the Remuneration and Benefits sub-tile;
• Select UP Online Mall on the left of the menu;
• Select the subscription term of R150 a month (this deduction applies until the staff member cancels their subscription; no refunds will be issued); and
• Click on the Electronic Signature button to finalise the transaction.

Once you’ve subscribed, you can start shopping immediately and access discount coupons that are redeemable both online and in-store. While you are able to cancel your subscription anytime, please note that payroll may only effect the change in the following pay run.
