The Department of Human Resource Management recognised its undergraduate and postgraduate academic achievers at the recent 2015 departmental prize-giving ceremony.
Charné Roux received the undergraduate prize for the best achievement in the three year BCom Human Resource Management programme, while Madalé Taute was recognised for the best achievement in the module Labour Relations (ABV 320). The prize is sponsored by the Afrikaanse Handelsinstituut (AHI).
Teresa Candotti received the Mof Lemmer prize for the best achievement in Labour Relations (ABV 700) for the degree BCom Honours Human Resource Management, while Charlize Bredell and Denille Nortjé shared the Institute for People Management (Pretoria branch) postgraduate research prize for the best research project for the degree BCom Honours Human Resource Management.
Jessica Tecklenburg received the Institute for People Management (Pretoria branch) postgraduate prize for the most meritorious student for the degree BCom Honours in Human Resource Management, and Louisa Koornhof walked away with the South African Board for People Practices certificate for performance acknowledgment for the best achievement for the degree MCom Human Resource Management.
