Long serving members of the first team, Tristyn Coetsee, Siya Mngoma, Thokozani Sekotlong and Tebogo Munyai also received awards.

Cindy-Leigh Meyer could not attend the ceremony as she was called to the Banyana-Banyana testing camp in Potchefstroom, while Aubrey Ngoma received his award for representing South Africa in the u23 national team.
