AmaTuks Take on Swallows

Posted on September 13, 2012

This will be AmaTuks’ fourth match of the 2012/2013 season. So far, AmaTuks are unbeaten with two draws and one win. The win came against Golden Arrows in Durban on the 22 August 2012. The draws are from holding the former Absa Premiership Champions and Pretoria rivals SuperSport United, and Maritzburg United. As a result of these performances, AmaTuks is currently sixth on the PSL league standings after the first three rounds of matches.

Moroka Swallows will be going in search of a third successive Absa Premiership victory when they host AmaTuks. The Soweto side has impressively defeated reigning ABSA League Champions Orlando Pirates 3-0 at the Orlando Stadium in their last outing.   Currently, the Birds are placed fourth on the PSL league standings after the first three rounds of matches.

The forthcoming match will be the first competitive encounter between the two teams in the top flight league. Amatuks are ready for what will turn out to be a battle against one of the oldest football clubs in South Africa.

The match kicks-off at 20h00 on Friday, 14 September 2012. To get to the game, AmaTuks has arranged two buses for the supporters who want to travel to Dobsonville Stadium. The cost for the bus, including the match ticket is R60. The buses will depart from HPC at 17h00 and the Groenkloof Campus at 17h15.

To get your tickets, make your bookings at the Main Campus Rosmaryn and the Sport Centre Football Offices.
