Celtic took the lead three minutes into the game after an AmaTuks defensive error that led to an own goal.
Aubrey Ngoma levelled the score in the half hour mark when he managed to beat the Celtic off-side trap after Mpho Matsi made a smart pass to him. Ngoma came one on one with the Celtics keeper Patrick Tignyemb, smartly beating him he put in a neat pass into the empty net, putting AmaTuks back into the game.
Minutes before the break, Tignyemb was forced to make a save from Ngoma’s shot that had gone past everyone in the box.
AmaTuks came back from break set on taking the lead. The first real chance of the half came in the 75th minute for AmaTuks.
Ngoma managed to beat the Celtic defence and laid a pass through to Ayanda Lubelo who took a shot at goal, but his chance found the Celtics keeper well positioned to make a save.
AmaTuks kept pushing forward and creating goal scoring chances forcing the Celtics keeper to make save after save ending the game 1-1.
The results against Celtic still places AmaTuks 10th on the log table with 28 points.
