The Department of English uses lecture venues on the main UP campus and is housed on the 16th floor of the Humanities Building. We teach on the Hatfield Main Campus, as well as selected courses at the Groenkloof Campus.
A well-organised tutor system is in place to assist undergraduate students on the Hatfield and Groenkloof campuses, and we assist students at all three undergraduate levels.
The Department of English houses a small library of children’s literature in English for the use of students doing the Honours course in Children’s Literature.
