O-Week with our EYAS

Orientation Week

27 January 2020 Treasure hunt- This was an event for first years to get to know campus before the academic year begins. Each team was assigned with two EC’s for safety purpose and to also guide and help the Eyas. This was our first event of the week and it was a success. Our winners for the treasure hunt won amazing prizes.

28 January 2020 Games and Pizza night with Luminious- The event was a success and a lot of first years came through and it was nice to see the EYAS bond with members from the other day house. Each and every table had a game and there were different from each other, then after a certain time the first years would go to another table and play another game.

29 January 2020 Bring and Braai- happened after insync practice and we bonded over a nice meal with the EYAS sharing their experience so far at Tuks.

30 January 2020 Bring a friend picnic- This was a great opportunity for us EC member to get to know our EYAS. We chilled and while other played soccer on the grass.

31 January 2020 Lunch with board games- Lunch with board games did not happen and this was because we did not setup at the piazza and the day was given to insync for last minute touch ups. In all orientation week was fun and a great experience for us all.
