Though weather was not of utmost preference, the Tekkie project still continued at the Aula. The initiative was to collect shoes by means of throwing them into a tree, thus attracting attention to passers-by, encouraging them to donate (their) shoes.
We still urge anyone who wants to donate shoes to do so by dropping them off at our office or contacting Esther Pelser. (084 701 9931)
Thank you to those who have participated so far. We are looking forward to handing the shoes over to the various organisations.
