Conference Theme: Mathematics and statistics for the modern world

of data science

 

The Department of Statistics and Department of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics at the University of Pretoria are pleased to announce hosting the 2023 Southern Africa Mathematical Sciences Association conference in Pretoria, South Africa. The conference will be held 21 – 24 November 2023 on the beautiful Future Africa campus at Hillcrest (Pretoria) campus of the University of Pretoria.

 

Important Dates and Deadlines

 

• April 1, 2023: Abstract submission opens

• August 15, 2023: Registration opens

• September 30, 2023: Deadline for submission of abstracts

• October 30, 2023: Early bird payment of registration fees

• November 21 – 24, 2023: Welcome to the SAMSA2023!
