Registration and Abstract Submission

1. Abstract of talks and/or posters are submitted here on this website.
2. Click on the SIGN-UP tab on the top right-hand corner and proceed to register. Select the presenter option if you want to submit an abstract. 
3. Fill in the required information. Please note that the fields with an asterisk (*) are compulsory.
4. Click SUBMIT and wait for a temporary password which will be sent to the email address you provided.
5. Click on the link provided in the email to complete the registration process.
6. You can LOGIN at any time into your profile where you can submit your abstract. 

Deadline: 30 September 2023 Extended to October 31  (closed).

Instructions: The abstract should not contain any special symbols, formulas, or figures. No more than one presentation is permitted for each participant. The number of oral presentations is limited (the limit is reached on a first-come-first-serve basis). For any inquiries regarding abstract submission, please, contact us via [email protected].

Invoices

In addition to the registration process above, participants who require invoices must complete this Google form. This form also provides sign up for the Excursion on Thursday afternoon to be added to your invoice.

Student Presentations (updates!)

The LOC is pleased to announce that there will be students competitions for both oral and poster presentations. This is to encourage students to practice their presentation skills. 

All students who have either submitted an abstract or have indicated that they will do a poster presentation will be included in the competition unless they have explicitly indicated that they do not wish to participate in the competition. 

Participants in the student competition may compete in only one of the following categories: (1) oral presentation or (2) poster presentation.
