All plenary talks will be in the AE DU TOIT AUDITORIUM, Hatfield Campus, University of Pretoria. There are multiple entrances to the Hatfield campus, and you'll need a valid form of identification to access the premises. The registration table is located outside the AE DU TOIT BUILDING.

Social Events: The Javett-UP is a partnership between the University of Pretoria and the Javett Foundation. It is an exceptional centre that enhances learning through transdisciplinary journeys in the arts. The Javett-UP is within walking distance from the AE DU TOIT BUILDING on the South Campus.

Travelling to Pretoria

Gautrain: The Gautrain is a modern train connecting OR Tambo International Airport with a number of stations in Pretoria and Johannesburg. The Hatfield station is the closest to the Future Africa Campus. Visit https://www.gautrain.co.za/ for more information.  

Parking & Access to the Hatfield Campus

There is limited parking reserved for delegates in Engineering 3 Parkade. The Engineering 3 Parkade is only accessible from the entrance from University Road. Parking tickets are available from the LOC.

You are also free to park anywhere else on campus, as long as it is not a RESERVED parking bay.
