Registration and Abstract Submission
- Abstracts of talks and/or posters are submitted here on this website.
- Click on the SIGN-UP tab at the top right-hand corner and proceed to register. If you want to submit an abstract, select the presenter option.
- Fill in the required information. Please note that the fields with an asterisk (*) are compulsory.
- Click SUBMIT and wait for a temporary password to be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not see the message, check your spam or junk folder.
- Click on the link provided in the email to complete the registration process.
- You can LOGIN at any time to your profile where you can submit your abstract.
- Please note that your abstract must not contain any special text (e.g. LaTeX symbols). However, if that cannot be avoided, download the LaTeX template available here and upload the LaTeX file here. In addition, indicate under the abstract text on your online profile that a LaTeX file was uploaded on the Google form.
Deadline: November 8, 2024. Abstract submission is now closed.
Instructions: The abstract should not contain any special symbols, formulas, or figures. Each participant is permitted to give no more than one presentation. The number of oral presentations is limited. If you have any inquiries regarding abstract submission, please contact us at [email protected].
Invoices
In addition to the registration process above, participants who require invoices must complete this Google form.
If you have provided us with a purchase order (PO) from your institution and your attendance status still shows "not attending", please ignore this status.
Funding
The Local Organising Committee has limited funding for partial financial support of graduate students. Further information can be found here.
