GROUP SAVER REGISTRATIONS
Get five full conference registrations for the price of four if you register five delegates from the same organisation at the same time. Get ten full conference registrations for the price of eight if you register ten delegates from the same organization at the same time.
Five (5) full conference registrations for the price of four (4): ZAR 26,000
Ten (10) full conference registrations for the price of eight (8): ZAR 52,000

One full registration can be shared between three delegates: each of three delegates gets access to one day of the conference: for this option, please contact the ALEPH2024 Conference Secretariat on [[email protected]] for further instructions.
Session proposal:you can propose a session in the conference program with four speakers and a convenor, with the same discount: five registrations for the price of four. CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY
Requests for cancellations received by email at [[email protected]] on or before 20 November 2024 will incur a ZAR 350 cancellation fee.
If you have registered and are unable to attend the conference you may transfer your registration to someone else. Requests must be made by the person registered and must be received by email on or before 20 November 2024. No substitutions will be granted after 20 Novermber 2024.

Delegates requiring a letter of invitation for gaining permission or support to attend, or for a South African visa application, or for any other reason, should contact the Conference Program Director, Nick Crofts, on [email protected] or the Conference Secretariat on [email protected]

The visa application process may take up to several months – so please apply early!
Once your registration is paid, you will receive an electronic confirmation of your registration. We will confirm receipt of payment but this does not constitute an invitation for visa application purposes.
