TUKS 1 vs WITS 1 (women)
62 – 36
The game started off looking as though it was going to be a tough one with a score 10 – 6 to Tuks by the end of first quarter. It was in the second quarter that the team started playing the game they know best and completed the game with a comfortable 62 – 36 victory.
TUKS 2 vs WITS 2 (women)
41 – 42
This was a very tight game and it was expected that the end result would also be close. Due to injury and illness the Tuks team could only field a side of 6 players. Playing against a full team of 12 and only narrowly losing the game 41 – 42 was testament to the determination and spirit of the team.
