Guidelines

Oral:

• Oral presentations are allocated 8 minutes for presentation time and 2 min for discussion.
• A number of oral presentation sessions will take place during the programme. You will be notified in due course regarding the specific time allocated for your presentation.
• Should you, for any reason, no longer be able to participate, we ask you to please notify the conference organisers on [email protected] immediately so that the programme can be adjusted accordingly.
• Further guidelines and logistical arrangements regarding the oral presentations will be sent upon confirmation of abstract acceptance.

Poster:

• Poster presentations are allocated 3 minutes for presentation time and 2 min for discussion.
• All poster presentations will be electronic and are requested to be in a landscape pdf format. You will be notified in due course regarding the specific time allocated for your presentation. (There will no printed posters displayed)
• Should you for any reason no longer be able to participate we ask you to please notify the conference organisers on r[email protected] immediately so that the programme can be adjusted accordingly.
• Further guidelines and logistical arrangements regarding the poster presentations will be sent upon confirmation of abstract acceptance.
