Membership Application
Application:
- Membership applications should be directed in writing to the Executive Secretary
The following documents should be submitted.
- DEASA Membership application
- The Institution's Constitution and Certificate of Incorporation, if any.
- Details of the Institution, including background, structure, objectives and the extend of membership.
- Details of the Principal Officer for the Institution.
Granting of Membership.
- Application for membership is examined by the ExCo to ascertain whether it complies with the constitutional requirements for the category of membership concerned.
- If the ExCo is satisfied that an application complies with the requirements, the application shall be submitted to a General Meeting for decision by an ordinary majority of the votes present at the meeting.
- The AGM shall determine the membership category of the accepted patrons.
- Membership fees is payable within 30 days after notification of acceptance.
