As the submission deadline for abstracts is flexible, interested parties are welcome to contact Jani van Wyk.
Abstracts must not exceed 500 words.
The abstract must contain the following information about the candidate: title, full name, affiliated institution, position held at the institution, and an email address where the candidate can be reached. This information does not form part of the word count for the abstract.
All abstracts are peer-reviewed. Candidates are requested to proofread their abstracts to ensure that the language and style are of high quality. Please use footnotes, references, or both to align with standard academic practices.
All presentations at the conference will be in English, and no provision has been made for translators. As such, prospective participants must be proficient in English or arrange for translators to accompany them.
Feedback on submitted abstracts will be given within three weeks of submitting the individual abstract. As such, early submissions are encouraged.
