  2. The origin of the International Criminal Court and the implementation of the Statute of the International Criminal Court in South African law
  3. Participation in international crimes and defences against international criminal liability
  4. The move from state liability to individual liability in international criminal law
  5. The crimes of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity in international criminal law
