Located at the University of Pretoria, UP RAG has grown from strength to strength during the past 93 years, encouraging students to join in the fun of serving and educating the larger community. The contagious UP RAG spirit has a reputation for turning fund-raising and community outreach projects into worthwhile memories.

The mission of UP RAG is to develop students of the University of Pretoria by channeling their energy and their continuous search for fun, into fund-raising and community service projects. All proceeds collected by UP RAG are then invested in community engagement projects throughout the year as well as donated to various beneficiaries associated with the organisation.

UP RAG aims to develop students of the University of Pretoria through exposure to community engagement and add to a wholesome organized student life experience and give them an opportunity to get actively involved in these projects. Most importantly, to provide help with the social and financial needs of individuals, groups and families through tangible contributions to their spiritual, health, and socail needs and welfare of the community.
