#TuksRoadRunning: Bestmed TuksRace is back – Celebrating Pretoria’s most loved race, 10 years and beyond

Posted on January 12, 2023

Pretoria’s most loved road race, the Bestmed TuksRace, is back. After celebrating its ten-year anniversary on Saturday, 15 February 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic placed this prestigious annual road running event on hold. It’s now time to dust off your running shoes, warm up and start training (if you haven’t already) for the 11th Bestmed TuksRace on Saturday, 18 February 2023, at the Hillcrest Sports Campus, University of Pretoria.

Running enthusiasts of all experience levels are welcome to join this fun-filled family event. Athletes can enter the 21.1km half-marathon, the 10km or 5km races, or the 1km fun run/walk. Though the 2023  Bestmed TuksRace does not include the 42.2km marathon, the 21.1km race incorporates the Athletics Gauteng North (AGN) Championships.
