UP SRC Elections 2022

The 2022 UP SRC Elections have officially begun! The Director of Student Affairs has announced and declared the start of the 2022 SRC Elections and nominations open on Monday, 25 July 2022 and close on Friday, 5 August 2022 at 16H00. 

Election Schedule:

The 2022 SRC Election Schedule can be accessed via the SRC Elections 2022 Module on ClickUP via the navigation pane. All election related events and activities feature on the schedule.    

Nomination Form:  

If you’d like to run for one of the elected portfolios on the SRC, please complete the candidate nomination form which you can find on the navigation pane of the SRC Elections ClickUP module.

Nomination Secondment Forms:

When a candidate nominee is successfully verified to run via the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) a nomination secondment form will be sent to successful candidates following the verification process to enable them to collect the required amount of signatures in support of their nomination from the UP registered students.

The Nomination Secondment Form is used by candidate nominees to second their run for the SRC by acquiring a certain number of signatures of support from the UP student body.
