Accreditation/recognition of privately-owned student accommodation properties for 2026
The Department of Residence Affairs and Accommodation of the University of Pretoria has a process of accreditation and recognition of privately-owned student accommodation properties.
Interested parties are hereby informed that the process for applications for accreditation and recognition of privately owned student accommodation properties is open for 2026 from Wednesday, 25 February 2026, and will close at 15:30 on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.
Please note: Accreditation assessment is for properties with a capacity of 50 beds or more, and recognition is for properties with a capacity of 10 to 49 beds.
