Accreditation/recognition of privately-owned properties for 2023

Extended invitation for application for the accreditation and recognition of privately owned student accommodation properties.

The Department of Residence Affairs and Accommodation of the University of Pretoria has a process of accreditation and recognition of privately-owned student accommodation properties.

Interested parties are hereby informed that the process of applications for accreditation and recognition of privately-owned student accommodation properties is reopened for the 2023 accreditation and will close on 1 May, 2023.

Please note:  Accreditation assessment is for properties with a capacity of 50 beds and above, and recognition for properties with a capacity of 10 to 49 beds.
