Accreditation/recognition of privately-owned properties for 2024

The University of Pretoria's Department of Residence Affairs and Accommodation has established a formal accreditation and recognition procedure for privately-owned student accommodation facilities.

The Department invites interested parties to apply for accreditation and recognition from 15 November 2023 to 15 January 2024.

Applications for accreditation and recognition, together with all required documentation, must be submitted manually from 15 November 2023 to 15 January 2024, daily between 08:30 and 15:00, at the following address:
