Applications for accreditation/recognition of privately-owned properties for 2022
The Department of Residence Affairs and Accommodation of the University of Pretoria has a process of accreditation and recognition of privately-owned student accommodation properties.
Interested parties are hereby informed that the process of applications for accreditation and recognition of privately-owned student accommodation properties is now open.
Please note: Accreditation assessment is for properties with a capacity of 50 beds and above, and recognition for properties with a capacity of 10 to 49 beds.
