The Siracusa International Institute for criminal justice and human rights opened its doors to 30 participants from different parts of the world to present their research among peers. As one of the panelists at the conference, Professor Tladi chaired some of the plenary sessions where the participants presented and discussed their papers. Jolanda, Lisa, and Yasmine were among those who were invited to attend the conference of doctoral candidates. They each presented papers derived from their doctoral and masters research.
