Constitution
- The amendment is to ensure PSANA’s image is protected.
- A person is blacklisted under many circumstances ie. very late or not returned library books, unpaid parking tickets, rowdy behaviour at administration etc.
- All present members were in agreement with the amendment and it’s wording.
General
- Werner brought up a complaint by a few postgraduate students regarding a supervisor taking abnormally long to mark and return work (6 months to 2 years). The procedure to follow this up was discussed. The relevant students should write an official complaint and approach the head of department. If they are not successful the dean should subsequently be approached.
- It was noted that committee members will receive 3 warnings for absenteeism from meetings.
