1. Meeting with UP bursary advisors
There is a meeting with the UP bursary advisors on 31 March at 14:00. Marelize, Freddy and Melissa will attend.

2. Meeting with Prof. Daya Reddy
There is a meeting with the Prof. Daya Reddy on 31 March at 17:00. The meeting is compulsory for all PSANA committee members. The following personal will be invited: Prof Jacques Theron, Dr. Emma Steenkamp, Dr. Altus Viljoen, Dr. Jaco Greeff and Prof. Paulette Bloomer. The meeting will start with a presentation by Prof. Daya Reddy for 30 minutes. Marelize will organise for refreshments.

3. Photographs
The photographs is with Freddie.

4. Meeting on 5th of April
The meeting on the 5th of April is cancelled.

5. Feedback from the bosberaad
The Final Year symposium for PSANA is preliminary approved. However, they need a proposal of the planning (who will represents each department and how each department will be promoted). Freddy will start composing a proposal. Marelize contacted Zander (Oom Gert) for the party afterwards.
