Description of modules

Performance Stability delivers first class core stability and performance training courses and products to professionals in the sport, fitness and exercise industries, the performing arts and occupational health.

The rationale behind Performance Stability rests on the widely endorsed, evidence-based core stability ‘system’ developed by our long-standing and internationally renowned sister company Kinetic Control Ltd.

Our courses focus on the Performance Matrix’, which is a unique method of

stability assessment and training designed to ‘find and fix the weak links in the functional performance chain’.

The concept of ‘core stability’ has been gaining widespread recognition and credibility in the sports, fitness and exercise industries over recent years, with numerous courses, articles and exercise programmes aiming at retraining core stability. However, confusion more often than not still remains regarding the critical differences between traditional ‘strength’, ‘high’, and ‘low’ load stability training

Performance Stability course programme for Sports, Fitness & Exercise Professionals includes

The Performance Matrix / Core Stability Concepts, Theory and Function (Module 1)

The Performance Matrix / Low Threshold Application to Core Stability Training

            (Module 2)

The Performance Matrix / High Threshold Core Stability Training for Sports            Performance and High Load Function (Module 3)
