The facilities available in the department include Atomic Force Microscopy, Auger Electron Spectroscopy, and Electron Microscopy, a 2 MeV particle accelerator and Raman and Infrared Spectroscopy. We also have excellent facilities to do electrical measurements and make thin films. Modern computer clusters are used for computational studies.
