Module content | The module entails a thorough overview of the learning content with specific focus on practical application as prescribed by the CAPS and the National Curriculum Statement documents. Emphasis is placed on reaching the prescribed learning outcomes with regard to the history of money; needs and wants; inequality and poverty; savings, budgets, income and expenses; accounting concept; and the entrepreneur and starting a business. Practical application through an entrepreneur’s day is included.
