Admission requirements

  1. Bachelor of Arts degree with specialisation in Philosophy
  2. A weighted average of at least 65% in Philosophy at final-year level

Additional requirements

  • Six semester modules in Philosophy, of which at least two must be at third-year level are additional entrance requirements, as well as an average of 65% for FIL 310 and FIL 320.

Other programme-specific information

One of the core modules may be replaced with (an) appropriate post­graduate module(s) (with equivalent credit value) from another subject field or discipline in consultation with the progamme manager.
