The Department of Library Services has launched a new #UPisLit video featuring Jordan Stier sharing his review of the novel Lagoon by Nnedi Okorafor.
The novel follows the story of a massive object crashing into the ocean off the coast of Lagos, Nigeria’s most populous and legendary city. This results in three people wandering along Bar Beach finding themselves running a race against time to save the country they love and the world itself… from itself.
#UPisLit is our book review series for everyone who loves reading, whether it’s fiction or non-fiction and a book is reviewed in no longer than 1 minute.
