Savanna Skills and Consulting is the conference coordinator responsible for coordinating the Mathematics in Finance 2021 Conference.  

DELIVERY POLICY

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, booking confirmations will be processed within 7 days and participants will only receive invitation letter on payment of the registration fees.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The provision of goods and services by Savanna Skills is subject to availability. There will be a 20% administration fee on any refund and 100% charge after 30 April 2021.

DATA PRIVACY AGREEMENT

To use the registration system, a user account with your personal details will be created. Your user data, your actions and the results of your actions will be stored within the system.

Information stored in the registration system will be used exclusively in relation to this event or a subsequent event. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the organisation of the event, for billing purposes, or for legal reasons (e. g. in the case of an external audit), but it will not be distributed or sold to other parties for other purposes.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

Savanna Skills shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.

CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY

Card transactions will be acquired for Savanna Skills via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details will be stored by Savanna Skills separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency - The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

RESPONSIBILITY & INSURANCE

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind and delegates are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate travel insurance in place.

LIABILITY

The conference organiser and local organizing committee accepts no liability for injuries/losses of whatever nature incurred by you and/or people with you, or for loss or damage to your luggage and/or personal belongings.

COUNTRY OF DOMICILE

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Savanna Skills chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

VARIATION

Savanna Skills may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
